Veritas Collaborative is currently seeking a skilled Full-Time Registered Nurse for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm).

Accredited by The Joint Commission, Veritas delivers multidisciplinary, evidence-based care for patients and their families in a warm, inviting, and gender inclusive environment. Job Description
Promotes and restores patients' health by carrying out day-to-day and long-term patient care plans; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary professional staff; providing physical and psychological support for patients, friends, and families.
Please note this is a full-time position to fill 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm).
Job Duties:
- Apply evidence-based healthcare practices and nursing standards
- Preform nursing efforts to ensure that effective patient care is provided and that quality standards are met.
- Adhere to all Joint Commission, licensure and compliance related policies and regulations
- Provide feedback compliance and process improvements
- Embrace a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological support to patients and families.
- Blood Draws and Vitals
- Provides information to patients and health care team by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment
- Maintain a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
- Provide stellar patient care
Qualifications
- Must be able to practice in North Carolina or be North Carolina Licensed RN
- Prefer least 2 years of clinical experience, however, recent RN graduates will be considered
- Experience with Eating Disorders or Mental Health, strongly preferred
- Experience in an inpatient setting, preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish, preferred
- Adolescent experience, strongly preferred
- Exceptional professional boundaries
