**ABOUT 3 MONTH TEMP ROLE 

Your responsibilities will include

• You will partner with the head of recruiting and hiring managers to source talent for our company.

• You will bring creative and innovative methods to our sourcing and recruiting efforts.

• You will craft outreach online campaigns designed to increase the candidate pipeline into Base’s interview cycle.

• You will screen resumes, schedule interviews and guide candidates through the interview process.

• Advocate Base. You will know our culture and product inside and out. You will be excited to tell the world why this is an amazing place to work.

Job requirements

• 2 years of sales, recruiting, or sourcing experience.

• Passion, energy, and enthusiasm. We mean it.

• Self-motivated with strong time management and organization skills.

• High touch client or customer service experience

• Must have experience in Outlook

• Taleo experience preferred

• Diversity sourcing experience a plus
