Title: Java games engineer/Java games developer

Apply your knowledge of Java-based server technologies to enhance our games and gaming system. Assume ownership of key product components. In this hands-on role, be responsible for the design, implementation, unit test and delivery of new media and online game features. Hard core programming skills needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on software design and game development in Java 
• Create & Enhance features within our award-winning games. 
• Implement using Test Driven Development using JUnit
• Work closely with management to determine feasibility of product features 
• Perform peer code reviews and provide feedback 
• Promote high quality and timely completion of games
• Work with globally distributed teams

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent degree required
• Object-oriented software development experience
• Java or C# experience
• Experience with HTML5, Javascript, Google Closesure
• Client/Server development experience
• Weblogic or other Java-based server platform
• Experience with design patterns and refactoring, XML and XML-related APIs, UML…
• Experience with open source technologies such as Ant, XSL and Eclipse
