Create and maintain a resource center for admins and champions looking to deploy within their companies. Collaborate with Product and Operation teams to improve product features. Understand and improve the complexities of integration and creating social groups within companies. Create solutions for an accessible resource center for executives and power users.

Skills:

Be able to understand and deliver a comprehensive content plan and information architecture

Must be experience with web content management.

CMS (content management systems such as Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Silverstripe, etc) or DAM (digital asset management)

Take complicated concepts and be able to create user friendly materials for an external audience

Possess empathy for users

Understand basic design and flow of creating content pages

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

3-5 years expereince only

BS degree equal work experience is ok
