Videdressing combines the best aspects of an online marketplace with a highly merchandised, fashion savvy retail environment and offers its customers a shopping experience with incomparable range, curation and value for money. The site operates as a trusted third‐party between buyers and sellers, securing all steps of the transactional process from payment to receipt of the merchandise in order to ensure complete customer satisfaction, prevent fraud and fight against the sale of counterfeit items.

Videdressing is number one in its home market of France with more than 4 million visits per month and more than 900,000 items on sale. Videdressing is in the process of scaling internationally and has already launched in Germany and Italy. The team is currently composed of 50+ passionate and dedicated employees, working in product, marketing, fashion, and customer service, who are all driven by the same objective of making Videdressing the best possible site to buy and sell fashion online.

We are looking for an acquisition manager to grow business generation of paid channels. As an emerging start up, this position offers many opportunities for a smart and motivated candidate.

Job Description

In charge of FR Paid Channels follow‐up, constant optimization & forecasting including :

● Affiliate network ● SEM

● Facebook ads

● Retargeting

+ Managing one intern for operational tasks.

In charge of the website monetization through a SSP platform to develop current partnerships & to bring new ones in order to improve revenues from ads selling.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s Degree or Higher / Bac + 4 or more, preferable in Marketing

● Minimum of 4 years experience on webmarketing & paid channels management within a

Web company, preferable eCommerce/Marketplace/Agency

● Can think as an advertiser & a publisher in the same minute

● Passionate about online marketing & its innovations

● Expertise in data analysis & Excel

● Knows growth hacking techniques

● Deep understanding of attribution & contribution

● Experience in Google Tag Manager or Tag containers

● Understanding of Html coding / cookie & SDK tracking

● Excellent level of English, spoken and written – command of the French language a plus

● Able to work in a start up environment with limited resources; must be independent and

willing to “get hands dirty”

● Passion for building a new business – excited about the potential of creating something new

rather than working with something large

● Work hard play hard attitude, fun to work with
