As a Clay Studio Assistant at Villa Haven, you will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our Clay Studio. You will support the Clay Master in preparing materials, organising equipment, and ensuring a clean and organised workspace for guests. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic approach, as well as a commitment to providing outstanding guest service and contributing to a positive guest experience.

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Interest in pottery, ceramics, or art-related fields is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of pottery techniques and materials is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
