As a Restaurant Hostess at Villa Haven, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering our F&B outlet. You will warmly greet guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating arrangements to provide exceptional hospitality and ensure efficient operations.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reservation management software or similar systems is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or guest relations is preferred.
