• Proven experience in a guest relations or hospitality role, with previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
