As our Commis, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring high standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.
  • Work closely with the Cold Kitchen Chef and culinary team to maintain consistency and quality in all cold food offerings.
  • Learn and master techniques for cold food preparation, including slicing, plating, and garnishing, under the guidance of experienced chefs.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Support the culinary team during service hours, including mise en place and inventory management for cold food items.
  • Embrace opportunities for learning and growth, contributing to the innovation and creativity of our culinary offerings.

Qualifications

  • A passion for the culinary arts and a desire to specialize in cold food preparation.
