As a Boat Captain at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for safely operating resort boats during guest excursions, transfers, and water-based activities. You will ensure the safety and comfort of guests on board while providing excellent customer service and enhancing their overall experience at our resort.

• Proven experience as a Boat Captain, preferably in a resort or hospitality environment.
• Valid Boat Captain's license and certifications required.
• Strong understanding of maritime navigation, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Fluency in English.
