As a Kids Club Counsellor at Villa Haven, you will play a vital role in providing engaging activities and personalised care for children up to 12 years old. You will foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and forge lasting friendships. This role requires a passion for working with children, creativity in activity planning, and a commitment to ensuring each child's well-being and enjoyment.

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare, camp, or educational setting is preferred.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is advantageous.
• Passion for working with children and creating positive and memorable experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents/guardians.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.
