As a Painter at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services throughout the resort, ensuring that all surfaces are beautifully finished and well-maintained. You will work closely with the Engineering team to carry out painting projects, perform touch-ups, and handle maintenance tasks as needed. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to upholding the resort’s aesthetic standards.

• Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role, ideally within a hospitality or facilities environment.
• Technical certification or training in painting, coatings, or surface preparation is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans, color schemes, and technical instructions for painting projects.
• Experience in performing maintenance painting, touch-ups, and repairs in both interior and exterior environments.
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks such as climbing ladders, reaching overhead, and handling painting tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English.
