The Global Solutions team operates Visa Integrated Marketing Solutions (VIMS), an end-to-end marketing platform that enables Visa’s Financial Institution clients develop, deploy and analyze data-driven marketing strategies in a multi-channel environment across the customer lifecycle - new customer acquisition, new customer activation or onboarding, and card usage. What will I work on in Global Solutions / VIMS? We have unique and exciting opportunities for you here in our San Francisco office as we continue to grow our team. Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Manage marketing campaign management from end-to-end (plan, test, execute, measure & refine) for omni-channel campaigns across social, email and direct mail channels
  • Manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables
  • Create campaign production schedules, and use expert project management skills to meet timeline, budget and quality objectives
  • Monitor project plan for variance and mitigate risks
  • Create and maintain full documentation of campaign process
  • Analyze data to foresee issues and identify solutions in advance
  • Document and execute campaign management workflow
  • Generate accurate, credible metrics to track campaign effectiveness, refining KPIs and “cost per” measures
  • Continuous learning in working with marketing strategists
  • Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and accuracy
  • Downstream vendor management & coordination (e.g., social channel partners, print facility for direct mail)
  • Create complex Quality Control queries or scripts to verify completeness and accuracy of file output
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of campaign management best practices
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow
  • Drive strategic campaign development through pro-active suggestions to campaign strategists

Qualifications

We seek experienced, pro-active, high-achieving professionals to bring innovative ideas to our consulting solution development. Specific requirements are:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA or other relevant Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of both the business and technical components of marketing campaign management
  • 5-7 years of campaign management experience across all major marketing channels (digital, direct, etc.), and in managing multi-channel and multi-touch campaigns
  • Expert in translating business requirements and questions into tactical queries, campaigns and reports
  • Hands-on experience in using CRM software such as IBM Unica, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, from design through execution to reporting
  • Experience with specialized campaign management software such as for social campaigns, e.g., Sprinklr
  • Expert in marketing database structures & best practices, and in designing cells and associated control groups to deliver credible measurements and learnings
  • Experience in deploying payments campaigns, especially credit offer campaigns preferred; working knowledge of compliance requirements such as Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) a plus
  • Attention to detail with ability to understand strategic objectives
  • Strong foundation in database marketing best practices, including targeting and segmentation
  • Experience in managing multiple data feeds from internal and external sources (both from IT and Marketing units) in a data warehouse environment; list imports, exports and merging using valid match keys
  • Skilled in using SAS and SQL for complex data management
  • Knowledgeable in data cleansing and hygiene best practices
  • Understanding of customer lifecycle management, loyalty, and attrition, and how marketing campaigns address these challenges
  • Effective, clear communication skills; pro-active in asking questions when campaign specs are unclear
  • Skilled in using presentation and data visualization tools (PPT, Tableau) to communicate campaign results to an executive audience
  • Communicates well with both business/marketing customers and IT/data partners
  • Experience in practical application of relational database concepts
  • Experience in practical application of file management concepts (SFTP, encryption/decryption)
