Team Description

The Client Support Services team’s purpose is to increase the performance of our clients – Financial Institutions, Merchants, Processors and Consumers. The CSS team accomplishes this by providing industry-leading operational support and finding ways for our B2B clients to grow revenue, reduce cost and improve customer experience – while delighting their consumers. We also have a responsibility for small business and consumers, particularly in the contact centers, where every interaction is an opportunity to advance Visa’s brand.

Job Description

We are looking for new grad to join our Client Support Services organization as an Associate Implementation Analyst. Some job duties and past projects have included:

  • Manage implementation and onboarding activities for digital initiatives for Visa client institutions and processors using project management best practices and skills to ensure client and internal expectations are exceeded
  • Translating Client Service and Implementation metrics into actionable data points for the client facing teams
  • Analyzing internal tools, metrics, and procedures to develop a plan to support client satisfaction efforts
  • Examining Client Support Indicators such as client inquiries and project requests to effectively identify trends and business priorities
  • Responding to routine operational service and support inquiries for Visa client institutions
  • Providing information and direction for customers regarding processing services, billing, User ID and BIN maintenance and general transaction data
  • Performing transaction and process research to analyst potential technical or operations problems or issues

Qualifications

So what are we looking for in an Associate Implementation Analyst New Grad?

  • Students graduating December 2016 or Spring 2017
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong ability to collaborate with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and resourceful
  • Project management experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong writing and/or quantitative skills
  • Excellent combination of analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical issues and apply to business solutions
  • Except in exceptional circumstances, undergraduate candidates who will require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future will not be considered for this position
