Job Description

Team description 

The Global Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Planning team provides management strategy, planning, and finance support for Visa’s Global Corporate Services Department which includes Real Estate, Security & Safety, Aviation, Corporate Events, and Travel.

Job description & Project summary 

Develop an overall understanding of Visa’s Global Corporate Services Department and in particular, the Real Estate group. Work with the Finance Business Partners supporting Corporate Services on financial forecasts for operating and capital budgets.Work with the real estate team members on projects such as producing site overviews, real estate metrics and occupancy reports, and other ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications – At least 3 years of college

Preferred major – Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Finance

Preferred skills – Mastery of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
