We have an exciting opportunity for an MBA intern to partner with us on driving talent agenda. You will work on a critical project in one of the areas above to help shape the future of talent at Visa.

This position will work with Talent management team in shaping our strategy & execution plans for one of the above areas. Project(s) will entail end to end responsibility for a given challenge and will potentially involve internal analysis, market best practices review and engagement with thought leaders on the subject.

So what are we looking for in an MBA Human Resources intern?

• 1st Year MBA or Master’s students
• Prior work experience in Marketing, Strategy, Client facing roles or Technology Development roles is preferred.
• Innovative mindset and interested in developing game changing HR best practices
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
