Job Description

Human Resources at Visa is a strategic business partner to the business engaging with our leaders at various levels to for achieving higher levels of business success. We have an exciting opportunity for an MBA intern to partner with us on driving talent agenda. You will work on a critical project in one of the areas above to help shape the future of talent at Visa.

This position will work with Talent management team in shaping our strategy & execution plans for one of the above areas. Project(s) will entail end to end responsibility for a given challenge and will potentially involve internal analysis, market best practices review and engagement with thought leaders on the subject.

Qualifications

So what are we looking for in an MBA Human Resources intern?

  • 1st Year MBA or Master’s students
  • Prior work experience in Marketing, Strategy, Client facing roles or Technology Development roles is preferred.
  • Innovative mindset and interested in developing game changing HR best practices
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Self-starter who can work in ambiguous environments
  • Results oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Acts as a business leader with an HR lens
  • Ability to influence and work with Sr. level executives
  • Collaborative mindset and works cross functionally to gain buy in
  • Strong interest and passion for developing and implementing Human Capital strategy
