Job Description
Visa is seeking an MBA Intern to be a part of a cross-functional project to improve sales and financial business operations. The Sales and Finance organizations work collaboratively to develop proposals for new and existing clients to grow the Visa business in Latin America. Recently, Visa implemented a new sales methodology and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool that offers significant ability to improve communication, collaboration and analysis of these proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business, sales and financial performance of existing client agreements
  • Deliver internal presentation summaries of analyses at the client, country and regional level
  • Develop communication tools, processes and templates for stakeholders and users
  • Support design and implementation of sales & finance processes and utilization of CRM tool or selected communication methodology

Qualifications

So what are we looking for in an LAC Strategic Sales Initiatives MBA intern?
  • 1st year MBA students graduating December 2017 or late
  • English and Spanish fluency required, Portuguese skills a plus
  • Experience with financial and data analysis; working competency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Access
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and dedication to client service; eager learner and passionate problem solver
