Visa Inc. is searching for a Senior Account Executive (AE) of Business Solutions to focus on business development efforts of non-traditional financial institutions and specialty verticals. As a key member of the Business Solutions team, the selected candidate will bring leadership, vision and creativity to both guiding and advancing Visa’s business development efforts with partners driving payment volume growth for our non-traditional financial institution space.
This Senior AE will drive high profile, cross-functional strategic and business development initiatives and plans in key identified areas. S/he will work in tandem with the Visa Performance Solutions, Product and Partnership team and design, develop and execute go to market sales plans for mutually agreed upon partners/accounts and verticals with the goal of delivering payment volume and growth.  Preference would be for candidate to have experience/knowledge in the online travel aggregator, construction, and/or fleet market.

Responsibilities include:


Develop sales strategy and go to market plans to drive payment volume opportunity with Visa partners in this space.

Execute and develop the sales enablement and solutions delivery in the arena of specialty verticals.

Qualifications

Qualifications:



Experienced, results-oriented leader with at least 10 years’ experience and a proven track record in developing relationships and sales partnerships, managing clients/accounts and executing go to market plans in a highly matrixed environment.

Previous experience working in financial services, technology, travel, payables, payments or financial institutions preferred; background in working with high-performance fast-paced teams.
