Posting Description

  • As part of the Global Brand, Product & Sponsorship Marketing team, the Global Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for actively building and managing Visa's presence and brand story across channels by supporting Global Creative & Campaign Development for key brand, product and sponsorship initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional global stakeholders as well as regional and local leads, the Manager will be facilitating projects with our global agencies, including campaign activation, optimization, and global thought-leadership on creative excellence. The successful candidate will possess a strong drive to succeed, passion and curiosity for digital, creative brand storytelling, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong leadership traits.

Responsibilities

  • Support creative development, activation and optimization of global campaigns, including Visa’s Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup sponsorships
  • Manage global creative executions and go-to-market program development end-to-end (strategy to execution to implementation) to support geographies with content and creative assets
  • Support development of all guidelines/training tools delivered in support of creative and communications platform
  • Manage creative performance reporting and analytics and provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on how to optimize campaign
  • Stay current on creative trends and platforms, acting as a brand evangelist, leading curation of thought-leadership, inspiration and creative best practices
  • Maintain ongoing awareness of Visa and competitive global landscape, making strategic recommendations for how to continue to enhance the brand and achieve leadership

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years business experience, with majority in marketing, advertising or brand management – preferably within a global organization
  • Must have experience managing and executing traditional campaigns and digital/social media programs
  • Understanding of social and digital marketing tools and processes and ability to integrate digital solutions to drive the success of our global brand in the online space
  • Experience in Sports & Sponsorship Marketing a big plus
  • Passion for content marketing and brand storytelling
  • Experience creating and launching multi-platform content (web, mobile, video)
  • Advanced understanding of interdependencies between Paid, Owned and Earned channels
  • Experience working on award-winning marketing programs recognized for creativity/innovation
  • Skilled at translating business requirements into creative briefs and development
  • Interest/passion for communications, possess an understanding of current practices and trends
  • Strong working relationships with and management of external agency partners
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to partner, communicate and navigate through multiple disciplines and organizational groups
  • Experience building Executive Level communications and delivering presentations
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
