Job Description

You'll be a key lead, managing a small team who develops reports, dashboards and underlying logic for the CyberSource sales team worldwide, monitoring targets and lead/funnel stages, providing insightful analyses, and anticipating performance gaps.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years' experience in marketing/sales operations, with 3-5+ years directly implementing or managing pipeline/lead/campaign reporting across multiple systems (revenue systems, CRM, marketing systems, etc); BA/BS in Marketing/Business or equivalent
  • Prior management of a team
  • Expert experience with Tableau desktop and thorough knowledge of Tableau server
    capabilities
  • Analytic-driven and insight-focused, with a proven history of measuring lead/pipeline funnels and business results – from campaign initiation and lead conversion to closed revenue; advanced Excel and data presentation skills a must
  • Thorough understanding of marketing KPIs, dashboards, process mapping, including program/campaign reporting and multi-country best practices; develop global report templates and ad-hoc reports as-needed
  • Proficiency with DW/CRM/MA workflows (Oracle OBIEE, Siebel, Salesforce, Eloqua preferred; others valuable)
  • Systems/process-oriented thinker, with a passion for presenting insights and data that drive future decisions
  • Hands-on execution and strategic planning; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Positive attitude, persuasive and tactful, a true team player and self-starting contributor, proven by successful references from prior marketing, sales and IT colleagues
