Job Description

Media Specialist: We’re looking for a Media Specialist who can make an immediate impact on our team. In this role, you will combine your current knowledge of media marketing skills and best practices to support our overall marketing initiatives. You will be helping to provide strategic approaches on targeting, deployment times, coordinating campaigns, and helping to reach our targets with efficient media campaigns.

  • Assists in developing media plans, guidelines and budgets manages billing and payment
  • Monitors agencies' post buy, budget and overall performance
  • Work with media agencies and internal teams to recommend operations and process advancements to create a more efficient work flow (ex: reporting cadences, accounting meetings, approval processes, tools, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 8+ years marketing experience, preferably in a multi-national company
  • 2+ years of experience operating an e-Commerce media marketing program; additional e-Commerce experience a plus
  • Ability to be a strong collaborator that is highly organized and can manage multiple competing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills with an interest and inclination towards data driven marketing decisions
  • Strong understanding of national and local media planning and buying practices
  • 3-5 years of related experience in media with a media or full-service advertising agency
  • Strong math/ analytical skills, detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, multi-tasker
  • Experience with both Traditional and Digital media, marketing resources, tools and execution
  • Experience with MicroStategy, Hadoop, Tableau are a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills with an interest and inclination towards data driven marketing decisions
