Job Description

 Lead the business and the relationship development with assigned clients. Align objectives, priorities and resources between Visa and clients.

Establish Visa as the preferred partner among clients.

Deliver financial objectives including revenue, payment volume and market penetration objectives. P&L management for the assigned clients. Develop Strategic Plan with aligned: Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures for clients. Is accountable for the implementation of the Strategic Plan. Understand the decision making process within the clients. Develop productive relationships at all organizational levels within the clients. Conduct business with ethics all across the stakeholders. Role will be responsible for key clients within Visa Mexico. As a B2B company, it is key for Visa to develop a strong relationship and value proposition with clients.

He/she is expected to decide over strategic and tactical matters for which he / she is responsible for and escalate the ones that require senior management involvement. Needs to maintain adequate balance between Visa and client priorities. Position will be responsible for managing the client's budget (incentives) as well as his/her own T&E budget.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/ preferably MBA degree
  • 6+ years of business experience in the card/payment industry
  • Experience working with clients, can be external, internal
    or final consumer
  • Experience defining, implementing and tracking strategic
    plans
  • Experience understanding payments operational flow.
    Knowledge of backoffice/process behind cards
  • Experience working with financial indicators to measure
    business performance including P&L responsibility
  • Native level Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in the card/payment
    industry
