Visa's Marketing Systems team is looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead Visa's MarTech stack including their Marketing Automation and DMP platform solutions. You will be working closely with Visa's Marketing and Sales business partners to strategize the need and with technology leaders to outline a clear implementation roadmap. These technologies will enable Visa to provide targeted and personalized campaigning, lead generations and lead nurturing from initial prospect contact through the entire sales & marketing process. This person will own and champion the platform end to end and implement and govern global best practices.

Responsibilities
- Define the Marketing Automation/DMP/DAM/MRM platform needs and generate roadmap for global markets.
- Work closely with business and vendor to onboard platform instances.
- Scope and write requirements to implement the business needs.
- Implement scalable and repeatable measurement to track the success of the initiatives.
- Develop best practices to integrate with SalesForce.com CRM and a DMP platform.
- Work with business stakeholders to use data and testing to optimize and improve email content, targeting and communications to customers.
- Take full accountability for capability definition, scoping and requirements all the way through deployment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams and product management peers to deliver high-quality features.
- Working with limited direction, usually within a complex and evolving environment, to drive delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

- A smart, passionate technology product manager who possess a curious mindset that has a history of asking "why?"
- 6+ years of total work experience, preferably with a background in software engineering
- 2+ relevant work experience in marketing/product management or a recent MBA grad
- Direct experience in working with Marketing Automation platforms like Eloqua/Marketo/ExactTarget or other
- Experience with DMP (Google DMP/Blue Kai/ Krux), Adobe Marketing Cloud is a bonus
- Working knowledge of integrating with CRMs like SalesForce.
- Educational background in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent is required. MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile/SCRUM development methodologies and software development lifecycle principles.
- Must be able to clearly communicate product capability needs/constraints including technical/architectural limitations.
- Ability to lead through organizational change and ambiguity.
- Superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in working with agile lifecycle and/or tracking and process management tools, e.g. Rally, JIRA.
