Job Description

The Client Marketing Manager - Visa Mexico, the role will be focused on developing marketing plans with some of the most important Companies in Mexico. Including Top retailers, Airlines, and other industry leading companies.
 
Client Marketing Manager is responsible to develop and execute Ad Hoc Marketing plans for 19 Key Visa accounts in Mexico.
 
The main objective of the position is generating accelerated revenue growth of Visa´s business in partnership with Visa´s Key clients.
 
This Manager position will be responsible for making every transaction a Visa transaction by developing and implementing marketing plans to support the Visa Mexico business goals.
 
Maintaining Brand leadership is key, via the generation of breakthrough Marketing Strategies and plans.

Job Scope:

  • Drive Card activation and incremental usage in Key Merchants
  • The Merchant activation of the Visa portfolios is key to Visa Mexico given its incremental revenue potential and the strategic role of creating differentiation with Merchants against the competition
  • It is key to develop and implement custom made marketing programs for Key Merchants
  • Addressing the Merchant Marketing opportunities and challenges will require Team coordination and leadership skills
  • The Merchant Marketing Manager is expected to provide analytical support and execution discipline in order to generate incremental business with Merchants
  • Allocate Co-manage the Merchant Marketing budget and activities
  • In addition will work with International teams: Marketing Visa LAC and Visa Global teams
  • Reports to: VP Marketing Mexico
  • Highly strategic position

  • 6+ years of business experience, with the majority in marketing roles that involved strategy and planning as well as implementation, across multiple marketing disciplines
  • Demonstrated track record of developing marketing strategies based on business objectives and executing marketing programs that delivered measurable business results
  • Experience managing and motivating agencies
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
