Job Description
Reporting and providing leverage to the Global Head of Product Solutions, this role is responsible for a broad range of activities, including strategic, operational, analytic and communication initiatives to help ensure that objectives of the Global Product organization are met. She/he will work closely with the Global Head as well as Regional heads and key business partners in achieving this.
The goals of the Global product team are attached, and encompass the full range from core business drivers and issuer engagement, through to digital deployments and digital solutioning globally.
Primary responsibilities:
Work with executive and senior management to drive strategic initiatives, and develop operating plans as necessary to deliver short term and long term results
Act on the authority of the Global head to oversee projects that typically require cross-functional collaboration. Provide project planning and management for projects and initiatives
Build relationships and infrastructure across functions for Product to effectively operate globally
Drive the annual planning process (AOP) across all levels of the Product organization and in active consultation with key business partners
Deliver Financial management objectives including expense tracking, capital budgeting, management reporting, investment efficacy, Oracle project approvals
Plan schedule, develop agendas, manage logistics and track follow up actions for all Product meetings including regular Product Leadership, All-Hands, team meetings, etc.
Primary point of escalation for operational issues and resolve issues as necessary
Keep the Global Head informed of all critical issues. Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact the successful execution of the Global Head's commitments
Monitor compliance to Visa policies and procedures; Work closely with Internal Audit, Controller and Compliance teams to resolve issues
Develop ad hoc presentations and analyses to support Global Head's management reviews and presentations
Cultivate expertise, broad awareness in internal data sources and provide accurate MIS as needed
Qualifications
Strategic thinking
15 Years of relevant experience
Grasp of business commercials and data, and ability to convert into insight
Possess high-quality Financial management and analytical skills
Ability to work with stakeholders across different levels, and drive issues to conclusion
Self-starter, able to operate with minimal supervision and oversight
Strong Prioritization, Project Management, Conflict management skills
Excellent Organization, Collaboration and Influencing skills
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
Expertise in work productivity tools, such as Excel, PPT, Word, SharePoint, etc.
