• This role will be primarily focused on supporting reporting, analytics, program management, and managing the hardware asset management team within the Global Data Center Engineering & Operations organization, specifically this includes: workforce planning, project portfolio reporting, ad-hoc projects, business case development, financial modeling, communications, and process improvement projects
• Drive financial business analysis to:
• Work with key cross-functional stakeholders in Finance and Technology to continuously improve the headcount planning processes
• Operationalizing budget & headcount reporting for recurring internal reviews. This will include working with key stakeholders in Technology and Finance, and supporting the on-going reporting needs
• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc projects within the Operations and Infrastructure Business Management function including business case development, financial modeling, process improvement projects, and other strategic business initiatives that come up
• Contribute to ad-hoc business case development and financial modeling for key Technology strategic initiatives
• Support Annual budget creation and approval process
• Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing Data Center strategic projects

• Bachelor's degree required, quantitative discipline preferred: Statistics
• Management Information Services (MIS) / Business / Finance background and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
• MBA strong plus
• Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization
• Data Center experience preferred
• 8+ years work experience
• Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities
• Strong process orientation and mindset
• A linear, logical thinking style with ability to break down and solve difficult problems with experience in strategy consulting a strong plus
• Excellent communications skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions
