Job Description

As part of the Brazil Marketing team, the Client Marketing Manager will be responsible for actively build and manage our partnerships with Issuers. Visa has a unique sets of assets such as FIFA, Olympics, NFL, digital partners, among others. It is an exciting opportunity to develop client marketing strategies, plans and oversee the implementation. This manager will work closely with other teams in providing value to clients and growing our business relationship. This position is an integral part of a top performing Client Marketing team at Visa. He/she will develop project briefings, work with agencies, identify and explore new ideas and activate our sponsorship assets. The successful candidate will be passionate for the work, have an innovative thinking, challenge the status quo, and possess a strong drive to succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years business experience, with majority in marketing and/or trade marketing
o Preferably within a global organization
• Proven experience in developing strategies and drafting marketing plans
• Must have experience in managing and delivering flawless execution of initiatives
• Passion for innovation, digital driven initiatives, new products/solutions
• Strong knowledge of consumer driven programs, conversion programs, promotions, shopper/trade marketing programs
• Strong negotiation skills at different levels of the organization
• Proven ability to present and sell plans, concepts and ideas
• Solid knowledge of different marketing functions/areas
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial metrics
• Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the box solutions, manage uncertainty
• Ability to work with numbers, reports and business cases
• Strong written and in-person communication skills
• Strategic thinking and team player
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Bachelor's degree required
