Job Description

Design and implement financial models and tracking tools for all contractual
obligations related to Client/ Merchant Incentive agreements

Increase and maintain good relationship with assigned client

Maintain Visa's image as industry leader

Organize and create constant business opportunities developing relationships with key
contacts in assigned Banks providing follow up to the different projects

Know, understand and monitor each assigned Bank's cards strategies

Monitoring of each assigned Bank's performance vs. market

Accountable for results

Identify and evaluate appropriate sales opportunities

Take decisions within a scope of not putting the company in danger either
financially or in image

Follow up projects and strategies for each of his/her clients

Manage the day to day of his/her clients providing support and generating new
opportunities

Increase key contact within Banks in order to improve sales efficiencies

Support to the Sr. Business Leader in managing P&L of portfolio

Responsible for managing incentives of his/her clients

Qualifications

Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills

Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred

Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal communication

Relationship building skills

Analytical skills

Project Management

Financial analysis skills

Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

Sales and/or financial services experience preferred
