The Global Client Testing group works with locally deployed client service experts to develop and deliver the support model for Visa Inc. issuer’s, acquirers,processors and merchants worldwide. We deliver quality services and solutions using best-in-class processes, test methodologies, and technology with our worldwide workforce. Job Description

-Responsible for programming test conditions, testing, implementation, documentation, maintenance and support of systems application software
​-Create system and testing design documentation per department standards.
​-Support collection and reporting of project and software metrics.
​-Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.
​-Work with Development and Project Management teams to ensure the issues are resolved in a timely manner
​-Communicate status frequently to everyone in the team
​-Support and validate feature releases
​-Works directly with developers from Financial Institution


Qualifications

-Knowledge of client-server networking and database management.
​-Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required.
​-Knowledge in Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
​-Knowledge in testing web technologies, services, and physical devices. Understanding of Java technologies, XML, JS, CSS, and HTML.
​-Knowledge in Microsoft .NET, Java, VB and Java script programming capability.
​-Knowledge in Automation Testing Tools.
​-Identify and document software defects in a clear manner and retest using corrected code to resolve the issue in a timely manner
​​-Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency
​-Document software defects using bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers
​-Work with functional team, development team to ensure on time and quality delivery
​-Coordinate and collaborate with a globally distributed team
