Job Description

  • Will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all devices/demos/ assets and coordinate with internal teams when issues arise
  • Will be responsible for the purchasing area of the center including but not limited to all assets needed in the center
  • Will support the Engagement Sr. Director in developing customized engagement agendas, facilitating, scheduling pre-engagement meetings to ensure account teams collaboration as well as scheduling of all post engagement meetings and needed follow ups
  • Will be responsible for hosting executives, sales teams and customers and serving as the one of the point person responsible for overall meeting and addressing any issues that arise
  • Will be responsible for providing support to the Innovation team prior, during and post client engagement
  • Will be responsible for all Logistic and Catering in each Client Engagement
  • Will be responsible for preparing all needed reports and coordinate any needed activity to ensure the success of the smooth running of each engagement and Innovation Center
  • Recommending and securing corporate resources, managing engagement logistics, participating in engagements and preparing post briefing follow-up
  • Must have ability to communicate effectively in front of executive-level customer audiences
  • Must have ability to do market research and market trends and prepare executive summaries
  • Additional projects and programs as assigned. If needed, must be able to support (if needed) assigned projects
  • Bilingual English and Spanish. Not required, but It will be advantageous if the candidate is fluent in Portuguese

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 6-8 years of experience supporting teams in fast paced environment required
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision with a demonstrated ability to multi-task, respond to needs quickly and efficiently, and prioritize work
  • Can-do attitude; must be proactive and solution-oriented, looking for ways to add value and assist the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate the needs of the innovation team with a strong focus on customer service, team player mentality and an ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Assist and support projects as needed including but not limited to admin. function
  • Fully proficient on all Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
  • Experience in events management, start-ups, technology environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills are a must, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/events simultaneously; time management skills are critical
  • Flexible, accommodating, warm and friendly
  • Strong attention to details in all areas is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including administrative and hospitality skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team-player
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment; sometimes under pressure
