Job Description

As part of the North America Marketing team, this position will help drive more consumers to choose and use Visa, more merchants to accept and value Visa, and more clients and partner to take advantage of Visa's global reach through ongoing optimization of the U.S. & Canada websites for Visa. S/he will work closely with Visa business owners, cross-functional stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors to increase site traffic, improve user experience, and drive increased site engagement. The ideal candidate should be analytically savvy, have knowledge of website marketing, experience managing marketing and website initiatives from strategy to execution, have a business outcome based mindset, be comfortable managing project budgets, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Visa.com strategy, governance, best practices and maintenance, with specific focus on managing/collaborating with agencies and cross-functional partners, serving as knowledge source for all processes/guidelines and requirements, supporting Visa business owners with digital expertise and supporting efforts for site user experience and analytics
  • Lead team in efforts to support and optimize SEO and SEM; creating synergies across markets and programs
  • Ensure that planned marketing activities align with key Visa priorities and have well defined business and marketing KPIs
  • Conduct analysis by leveraging data, digital metrics, and insights to be shared with internal teams and senior management
  • Educate Visa business owners on Visa.com publishing processes/guidelines and requirements
  • Support Visa Business Owners with digital expertise on all new content integration to the site. Partner with Visa IT to troubleshoot issues and integrate dynamic content
  • Oversee budget and ensure on-plan delivery of costs

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • 5+ years of experience with solid experience in digital marketing, analytics, and website management. 2+ years minimum experience in website management required
  • Interest/passion for website management, digital technologies, SEO + SEM, and understanding of current practices and trends in website development and success metrics
  • Experience managing a digital agency or Project Management role at digital agency required
  • Track record of successfully operating independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Attitude that is motivated, creative, positive, mature, poised, and solutions-oriented
  • Solid grounding in creating & implementing a framework for metrics and technologies for digital measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to use data from multiple sources to build investment/business cases to prove how marketing and website strategies drive the business
  • Previous experience working in financial services or working with financial institutions preferred and management/marketing consulting experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail; strong organization time management and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility with cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
