Job Description

As part of the Global Brand & Product
Marketing team, this Manager will be responsible for supporting development of product
marketing strategy to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include helping to develop product marketing
strategies, go-to-market approaches and measurement for key product
initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support development, definition and
    implementation of global product marketing strategies for implementation
    across relevant Visa regions and markets

  • Help team to identify compelling
    consumer insights for integration into product marketing strategies and approaches,
    supporting implementation of primary research were needed

  • Support development of optimal
    go-to-market strategies for product marketing globally including
    identification of audience insights, recommended messaging and media
    approaches across key channels

  • Help the team to maintain strong
    understanding of competitive marketing strategy and communication as it
    relates to marketing impact

  • Support development of measurement plans
    for key initiatives, tracking progress against goals and providing recommendations
    for optimization (both during campaign and post)

  • Help liaison for other parts of the
    organization including in-market and global marketing teams, Data
    Analytics and Measurement, Product and Finance

  • Support relationship with relevant
    Visa marketing agencies

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years business experience,
    with majority in marketing, brand consulting or brand/product marketing management
    – preferably within a global organization

  • Track record of success in
    developing and implementing brand marketing strategy ideally for global
    brands with multiple audiences

  • Strong working relationships with
    and management of external agency partners

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate
    successfully in a highly matrixed organization

  • Proven ability to partner,
    communicate and manage/navigate through multiple disciplines and
    organizational groups
