Job Description


  • Design and implement financial models and tracking
    tools for all contractual obligations related to Client/ Merchant
    Incentive agreements

  • Increase and maintain good relationship with assigned
    client

    • Maintain Visa's image as industry leader

  • Organize and create constant business opportunities
    developing relationships with key contacts in assigned Banks providing
    follow up to the different projects.

  • Know, understand and monitor each assigned Bank's cards
    strategies.

  • Monitoring of each assigned Bank's performance vs.
    market.

  • Accountable for results.

  • Identify and evaluate appropriate sales opportunities.

  • Take decisions within a scope of not putting the
    company in danger either financially or in image.

  • Follow up projects and strategies for each of his/her
    clients.

  • Manage the day to day of his/her clients providing
    support and generating new opportunities.

  • Increase key contact within Banks in order to improve
    sales efficiencies

  • Support to the Sr. Business Leader in managing P&L
    of portfolio.

  • Responsible for managing incentives of his/her clients

Qualifications


  • Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving
    skills

    • Bachelor's Degree

  • 2-4 Years of Experience

  • Excellent English and Spanish written and verbal
    communication

  • Relationship building skills.

  • Analytical skills

  • Project Management

  • Basic Financial analysis skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required

  • MBA preferred

  • Sales and/or financial services experience preferred
