Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for P&L and day-to-day management of the Visa Offers Platform
  • Oversee commercialization of Visa Commercial Solutions for the US Market and International markets
  • Coordinate across other internal Visa teams to ensure global alignment of solution offerings for smooth client operation
  • Interface with our legal and finance counterparts to support deal flow, existing partner requirements, and execution strategy
  • Be a product advocate with internal merchant teams as well as a key interface for partners using loyalty products
  • Help lead a team of account managers, operations experts and subject matter experts to service partners ranging from issuers, merchant and vendors.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Senior Leader with extensive experience (12-15+ years) in Product/Sales and P&L management preferable in the analytics, payments and tech ecosystems.
  • Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate complex cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical resources
  • Strong results-oriented leader; analytic and fact-based consultative discipline
  • Add value to customers by insightful and thoughtful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutions
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
  • Ability to work with leading industry partners and negotiate effectively to achieve desired outcome
  • Able to work independently and in a matrixed environment
  • MBA or equivalent work experience required
