Job Description

CyberSource is a global payment management company, and part of Visa. We help businesses grow their sales across multiple channels, mitigate risk and operate with more agility.



In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing programmes, across a range of channels and tactics. Specifically focussing on customer and partner marketing, you’ll implement campaigns across multiple channels, that both innovate and deliver tangible returns.



We’re looking for someone who combines planning with consistent, impactful execution—including segmentation, email marketing, webinars, events, web marketing and social media. The role would suit someone who’s passionate about building engagement with our clients and partners, whilst driving business results.




• Responsible for defining, building and rolling out end-to-end European customer and referral partner marketing programmes


• Build and execute a customer marketing programme, supporting our objectives to serve, retain and grow our client base


• Build cross-/up-sell campaigns to support account management teams objectives


• Design and roll-out customer communication programme


• Organise, review and evolve our quarterly event series, dedicated exclusively to customers


• Develop customer on-boarding programme


• European lead for customer relationship survey


• Devise advocacy programme and materials, including testimonials, case studies, win announcements, and speaking opportunities


• Support customer hospitality events


• Develop and deliver campaigns with our key referral / systems integrator partners, including co-marketing, content creation and events


• Support partner enablement and education events, maintaining a close relationship with our partner agency


• Organise our participation in annual participation strategic partner conferences


• Provide customer and partner programme-based reporting, per the requirements of marketing leadership, and proactively plan and monitor budget


• Proactively seek to understand latest marketing trends, tools and best practice


• Build close relationships with our third party agencies, partner sales team and broader marketing team


Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will bring:



• Demonstrable B2B marketing experience, preferably within a corporate matrixed environment


• Ability to achieve objectives with smaller budgets, whilst also understanding how larger companies execute and the output required


• Experience in UK and European B2B programmes planning and execution essential—including demand generation, event management, and social media


• Experience delivering targeted customer and partner marketing programmes, preferably for enterprise software or SaaS based-solutions


• Experience with marketing automation systems, such as Eloqua, and SFA systems such as Salesforce.com essential


• Social media savvy; experience in, and crucially, enthusiasm, for social media campaign management and execution


• Experience of collaborating with range of stakeholders, including sales teams and agencies


• Sound organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritise effectively


• Strong project management skillset


• Great attention to detail, hands-on and results driven


• Excellent verbal, written, presentation development and interpersonal skills



Preferred Experience:



• Knowledge of eCommerce operations preferred; payment services or industry experience desired


• Second European language an added bonus
