Job Description

Position Summary

This key position is part of the client relationship management (CRM) team dedicated to the NAB account. The Client Program Director is responsible for excellence in delivering the program of work associated with the NAB deep partnership contract/ program. The role requires strong commercial, relationship, technology and project management expertise, underpinned by a solid knowledge of payments. The role will work closely with the CRM lead, the CRM team, Product, Finance, Visa Performance Solutions and CSS within Visa and with all key stakeholders at NAB. The reporting line for this role is into the Head, Client relationship management – Southern Region.

Responsibilities 

In conjunction with the NAB Program Manager and Business Leadership:

  • Manage and refine the Governance Framework to support the delivery of the program of work associated with the NAB deep partnership
  • Manage and refine Program processes, including Issue Resolution, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management processes for the partnership program of work
  • Manage the development and execution against the Program Annual Operating Plan including tasks, resourcing, key milestones and progress reporting
  • Coordinate and administer the Steering Group (PSG) in consultation with NAB CRM lead and NAB Business Leadership
  • Co-ordinate the collation and distribution of documents to be submitted to the PSG
  • Establish and manage the projects endorsed by the PSG that form the entire program of work between NAB and Visa
  • Track program budgeting and forecasting
  • Manage the program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the program and to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop forms and records to document program activities and oversee the collection and maintenance of records of the program for statistical purposes, audit and management reporting
  • Co-ordinate and communicate the goals and processes necessary for implementing the program of work, including, but not limited to a monthly report

Within Visa:

  • Facilitate the payments associated with Incentive Activity Plans
  • Track and forecast payments against Incentive Funding for all Incentives requiring an Incentive Activity Plan
  • Ensure the appointment and briefing of the appropriate business owner within Visa for each of the projects delivered under the program of work
  • Ensure compliance with Visa contracted product delivery requirements, processes and tools
  • Manage project staffing, resource setting and dependency management
  • Work with subject matter experts to fully understand project requirements
  • Influence and negotiate resolution of any project resource conflicts based on project priority as well as NAB’s priorities
  • Build business cases and secure regional or global resources when required
  • Consult and collaborate with the NAB CRM to ensure alignment with strategic objectives of the NAB Account
  • Collaborate with the NAB CRM lead to build organizational agility by focusing on scenario planning for NAB
  • Anticipate and prepare for future business needs based on resource load and performance data
