Job Description

Responsible for the management of Co-brand client relationships, program implementation and refining the Visa Co-brand Go-to-market strategy for the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region.

Key Work Outputs and Accountability

  • Accountable the refinement and execution of CEMEA’s Co-brand ‘Go to Market Strategy’, through the development of a Co-brand CRM strategy and annual business plan.
  • Own and manage portfolio of existing Co-brand partnerships across the CEMEA markets
  • Lead the implementation of new Co-brand programs to successful commercialization
  • Initiate and deliver Co-brand contract renewals with CEMEA Co-brand programs
  • Evaluate and optimize existing Co-brand programs
  • Develop tools and processes for existing clients such as the tracking and delivery of commitments, metric reporting and utilization Salesforce.com
  • Support the expansion of existing partnerships through the cross selling of non-Co-brand Visa products and services

 


Qualifications

  • Co-brand issuer and/or merchant experience managing a Co-brand portfolio P&L; preferably across a variety of CEMEA markets and relevant industries such as airline, lodging, and retail.
  • Deep knowledge of payment economics, financial controls and legal impacts of contract management.
  • Proven track record of successful relationship management results.
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with “C level” executives within client organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop and leverage external and cross-functional relationships.
  • Proven ability negotiating business agreements.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with high level of success/achievement.
  • Consulting experience, consumer loyalty management and/or coalition loyalty experience desired.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency desired
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with the Salesfoce.com platform is a preferred.
