The New Product Design and Development team @ Visa is looking for full stack engineers to work on product ideas that will play a significant role in the future of the company. The team collaborates with partners to discover, define, and design high-potential new products and services that are market tested and ready for scaled commercialization. The team focuses on high-potential business opportunities that can be piloted, have a clearly articulated end user impact, and can accelerate growth for Visa. Members have the opportunity to be part of the team that is transforming our product development and design process into one that leverages human centered design practices and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities:

Be the technical enabler in a team of designers, UX folks and business people

Work with the API and Data teams within Visa to integrate their offerings into the new products being built

Work on any and all layers of the stack to bring the product vision to reality as fast as possible.

Work collaboratively across team boundaries to share common infrastructure and functional capabilities​

Master or Bachelors  in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent

Solid CS fundamentals and good grasp of DS and
Algorithms

Software development experience in one or more general purpose
programming language

5+ years of experience in enterprise application
development

Self-motivated and drive for excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with rapid prototyping and bringing a minimum viable product to the market fast.

Financial services and/or payments processing industry
experience is a plus
