• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Proficient in Business intelligence projects
• Proficient in Operations and Run the business projects
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner

• BS/MS or equivalent with at least 15+ years experience
• Commercial software development experience in Unix/Linux & Windows environment.
• Experience in a leadership and management role
• Client facing application development experience.
• Experience in Java/J2EE, Messaging technologies and database technologies
• Web & Web Service development experience
• Understanding of architecture and operations of highly available and scalable applications.
• Experience with agile development process
