Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Staff Software Engineers in Austin, TX to be responsible for architecting and building the Oracle Revenue Management and Building (“ORMB”) solution for managing incentive contracts. Create the conceptual architecture and put together design documents, configure ORMB, unit test, code versioning, and production deployment. Partner closely with Java developers by providing them with design documents for custom algorithms and validating their deliverables. Work also with stakeholders and technical product managers to clarify business requirements. Collaborate across global businesses and technology organizations. Provide sound business analysis, process, and change leadership. Work with business partners on user acceptance testing. No direct reports, and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
