Monitor tools, alert escalation, and customer and vendor management. Build tools to automate production support activities that enable efficiency and productivity of Service desk and other operations group. Implement ITIL concepts. Utilize graduate-level research and analysis skills. Configure and administer nShield Hardware Security Module from Thales e-Security which delivers cryptographic service as a shared network resource for distributed applications and virtual machines. Set up Remote File Servers that store and manage encrypted key files. Use ThousandEyes-Network monitoring tool that is used to monitor internal and external network performance, to improve application delivery and reduce service interruption.
