Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Staff QA Engineers in Foster City, CA to design and develop test plans and functional test cases from business requirements. Design, develop, and maintain test environments and test procedures, including automated test suites. Participate in Test design and plan review sessions with peers and other stakeholders. Provide estimates on scope and scale of effort required to test changes. Identify opportunities for further testing process improvements. Develop tool to support testing process. Execute test cases, analyze, and report test results to product teams. Support cross-functional teams in integrated test efforts. Collaborate closely with the development team to analyze, debug, and resolve any issues. Report project status and issues to project managers and senior management. Understand software development and IT infrastructure environments and associated standards and processes, including Release Management, IT Change Control, Technology Auditing, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Implement standard processes, tools, and metrics to deliver large-scale projects from inception to conclusions that meet quantifiable business objectives. Test environment support. Ensure delivery of a high quality product meeting all requirements within the scheduled timeframe.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related technical field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
