Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior UI/UX Engineers in San Francisco, California to work closely with UX designers, software engineers, and product owners to build prototypes and user interface components for a variety of websites and applications. Build engaging, usable, and accessible UI components, prototypes, and code libraries for the web in the form of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and/or technical notes. Analyze existing software for Usability and Accessibility issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Work with a diverse team of product owners, UX designers, and developers in a fast paced environment, with quick iterative cycles. Keep up to date on the latest trends in web engineering and introduce them into projects when appropriate. Evangelize UI/UX front-end best practices and Accessibility for the web. Field inquiries and requests for support from stakeholders. Work with the Visa UX leadership team to attract, build, and maintain an engaged team of UX professionals across the globe. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports. Individual contributor level role only.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related technical field, and five years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer software engineering-related occupation.
