Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Staff Software Engineers in Foster City, California to guide DPS Portfolio Optimization project to design and develop a campaign management solution to DPS clients. Guide IBM Unica Campaign platform products in a web sphere and Linux environment. Design and develop end-to-end technical solution for various campaigns, while designing flowcharts using IBM Unica Campaign. Design integrated campaigns involving complex business rules using IBM Unica Campaign. Collaborate with business and project teams to gather requirements and drive delivery of technical solutions as per business needs. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Unica application and as a go-to person for development teams to reach out to for any Unica functionality questions. Conduct performance tuning of campaign segmentation logic and overall system flow to manage large marketing data sources. Collaborate with business, project, development, and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery of projects. Develop close working relationships with various teams within the organization. Lead and drive the development standards and processes for the team. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.
