Job Description

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs Sr. Product Analysts in Foster City, CA to be responsible for assessing global market trends, assisting in the deployment of new products and defining product requirements related to fraud risk. Define business and technical requirements for existing and new products. Participate and lead meetings with IT, Visa Analytics, and Business resources to ensure requirements are met. Review and identify fraud patterns in both Authentication and Authorization; understand how to tie the two. Provide support to the various customer support teams related to Visa’s fraud and authentication risk products. Ensure new products run smoothly. Review and monitor current systems, processes and reporting to determine how improvements can be made. Create Use Cases and provide project management for various fraud and authentication risk related projects. Perform User Acceptance Testing for risk products. This position will not supervise others. No direct reports, and no managerial duties involved. Individual contributor level role only.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, and three years of work experience in job offered, or in a cybersecurity or payments fraud-related occupation.
