Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Software Engineers in Austin, TX. Individual contributor level role only. No direct reports, and no managerial duties. Position is not managerial level within the corporate hierarchy. This position will not supervise others. Develop code to build solutions for revenue systems including pricing, rating, billing, accounts receivable and revenue reporting functions. Responsibilities include the creation of conceptual approach, technical analysis, design, coding, unit testing and production support activities. Work closely with PMO to facilitate development requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects. Work under the direction of assigned development lead to deliver projects and support systems. For the assigned projects, participate in requirements elaboration, workflow design, configuration, and business re-engineering. Work with other team members across multiple locations to build and finalize technical specifications, code review, version management, and implementation related activities. Fix bugs and code/configuration issues discovered during user acceptance testing.. Work within a complex environment, to design , code and deliver solutions; and meet service levels. Work in a global businesses and technology organization, providing sound business analysis, designing, coding and software bug fixing abilities.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer software engineering-related occupation.
