Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Senior Software Engineers in Austin, TX to support, maintain and enhance the production systems for billing and invoice presentment to ensure services are provided as per Service-level agreements. Ensure the processes for incident management, change management and problem management are maintained. Design and develop enhancements for revenue systems including pricing, rating, billing, accounts receivable and revenue reporting functions. Will be responsible for technical analysis, technical design, coding, unit testing and support activities. Resolve bug fixes in production systems by creating technical fixes and take it through SDLC. Collaborate with upstream and downstream systems and technology leads to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Translate business requirements and conceptual approaches into technical designs, and will create related technical specifications, test plans and implementation plans. Develop code to enhance various Billing User Interface applications and Invoice Portals in Revenue systems and develop and execute test plans as required while supplementing the quality assurance staff. Drive and facilitate development of system models, requirements, specifications and use cases for assigned projects. Work with QA teams to ensure the quality of code and testing, and provide needed support in resolving defects in a timely manner. Support business partners for user acceptance testing, present solutions to key stakeholders, and demonstrate working software to leads and management. Follow existing application standards, conventions and best practices as part of the existing SDLC. Ensure that applications and code are compliant with Visa security requirements and code is developed as per the development methodology. Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment. No direct reports, and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. Individual contributor level position.

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related technical field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
