Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Sr. Software Engineers in Austin, TX to be responsible for designing, developing and implementing new applications and enhancements to existing programs. Collaborate with others in team or other functional areas or users to identify requirements or improvements. Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new programs and subprograms as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software. Support the interaction with business units to define requirements and modifications for use in designing appropriate solutions. Provide technical support to technical teams to support the implementation of modifications and new solutions. Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis to address reporting issues with accuracy or performance. Code software solutions to meet development and support deliverables. Perform unit testing of developed code to ensure changes to the software have the desired effect and that there are no obvious defects. Participate in design activities, testing frameworks, and other items contributing to core product code development. No direct reports, and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. Individual contributor level role only.
