Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Directors in Austin, TX to be responsible for guiding the product development lifecycle for Visa’s Digital and Mobile product and service offerings. Will guide development functions including business requirements elaboration, systems and process flow analysis, and meeting critical milestones and deliverables. Collaborate across the business and technology organization, providing sound business analysis, as well as process and change leadership within a maturing, hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) PDLC framework. Work in a complex and evolving environment to drive delivery of solutions while influencing cultural change. Provide recommendations to management based on best practices. Communicate ideas and recommendations for optimizing business operations, resources, and fixed capacity. Define needs, develop plans, coordinate resources, and implement action plans. Provide guidance to technology groups in their development of design artifacts and Quality Assurance test plans. Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing with key stakeholders. Continually evaluate product capabilities and provide recommendations to product roadmap and strategy. This position has no direct reports, and no managerial duties. This position is not managerial and is an individual contributor-level position in the company job hierarchy.

Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related technical field, followed by seven years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
