Job Description

Inovant, LLC, a Visa Inc. company, needs Lead Systems Architects in Foster City, CA. This position has no direct reports, and no managerial duties, or responsibilities. This is an individual contributor level position that is responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects and applications supporting the Corporate Risk, Legal & Compliance and Global Sourcing business functions. Establish project and support policies, recruit, and retain team members to support the current and future needs of group’s business customers. Responsible for the development and creation of executive level status reporting. Use capabilities to influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations. Work with business and technology subject matter experts to define scope, create accurate and inclusive estimates and budgets. Partner with Project Management Office (PMO) to produce high quality project plans, charters and other planning documentation needed for funding approvals. Partner with PMO to direct project activities, conduct reviews, risk mitigation, issues, and change control processes, and communicate status to various levels of management within the IT and business partner organizations. Own the technical delivery for the Compliance portfolio including technical design, data mapping/integration, configuration and development. Participate in all aspects of project initiation through project completion, production integration and service activation. Track budgets, forecasts, and schedule to achieve target scope, schedule, and cost. Partner with PMO to ensure that projects are in compliance with Visa's Project Management Methodology and Key Controls and that accurate and timely information is collected and reported regularly on project progress and financial status. Demonstrate and leverage strong business and financial acumen, with a focus on Governance, Risk, Compliance and Legal business functions. Qualifications

Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field and 8 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered, or in a computer-related occupation.
